Giveaway Rules

Eligibility
The HMA Test Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Mane Metrics, and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, along with their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household, are not eligible to participate. This Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor
The Contest is sponsored by Mane Metrics LLC, located at 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Contest Period
The Contest begins on May 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on June 01, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter
Entries must be submitted online by visiting the designated entry page, filling out the required information, and submitting the form. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the entire Contest Period. Any attempts to enter more than once will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawing
On or about June 1, 2026, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email on or around June 1, 2026. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate drawings may be held per prize. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 1–2 months after the conclusion of the Contest.

Prizes
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Hair Mineral Analysis (HMA) Test from Mane Metrics. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the Official Rules. Any attempt to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be subject to legal action.

Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mane Metrics, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Technical failures or network/server interruptions

  • Unauthorized human intervention

  • Typographical or administrative errors

  • Injury or damage related to participation or prize usage

Disputes
Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by a court located in Pennsylvania. All claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event may attorneys’ fees be awarded.

Privacy
Any personal information collected during the entry process will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Social Media Disclosure
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Snap Inc., X (formerly Twitter), or TikTok. By entering, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Official Rules and release the social platforms from any liability related to this promotion.
